About Asia: it rocks. The feeds below include some of the best on the Web coming from Asian authors, about Asia. And the Asians? Or they post their conversations with their mom, translated from the Chinese. These blogs are all informed in some way by their bloggers’ backgrounds or locales. I'd like to have known that it was possible to be Asian and be in media, be in journalism, heck, be anywhere - up until the age of five, I had no idea I wasn't Caucasian, because those were all the people I saw on TV.And even today, my friends and I watch TV or go out to a movie, and inevitably (to their frequent embarrassment), I’ll yell out, “Token Asian!” at some point.
